Job Summary

Oceans Code Experts is looking for a Project Manager specialized in CRM Platforms to join our team. This role involves managing enterprise IT projects, working within formal PMO governance, and collaborating with distributed delivery teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk effectively
• Operate within formal PMO governance and delivery models
• Utilize PMO and ITSM tooling such as ServiceNow PPM, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Collaborate with vendors and distributed / GDC delivery teams
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide executive-level reporting

Job Requirements

• 5–8 years of project management experience in an enterprise IT environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or related discipline
• Strong enterprise project management and PMO delivery expertise
• Experience in managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk
• Experience with PMO and ITSM tooling
• Experience working with vendors and distributed / GDC delivery teams
• Strong stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting skills
• Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken

Nice to Have

• Previous experience with CRM Platforms
• Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.)
