YR-16 Agile Master

Job Summary

Oceans Code Experts is looking for a talented Agile Master to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional product teams to drive the adoption of agile values and principles, enabling the delivery of user-centric solutions for professional farming communities worldwide.

Job Responsibilities

• Work within product teams to create engaging, user-centric solutions for farming communities.
• Lead the adoption of agile values and principles, supporting multiple agile frameworks.
• Conduct planning sessions, daily meetings, retrospectives, and backlog management.
• Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions and assist in creating quarterly initiatives plans.
• Facilitate Discovery sessions to uncover valuable insights and drive projects forward.
• Deliver agile training programs tailored to meet the needs of different teams and stakeholders.
• Create a collaborative atmosphere and help teams achieve their goals through strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Assess and coach the team's Agile maturity levels continuously.
• Transform impediments into opportunities and provide servant leadership to the team.

Job Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency for conversation.
• Prior experience as a Developer/QA/Agile Master in a software development environment.
• Experience facilitating workshops or group sessions with successful outcomes.
• Participation in PI Planning, Pre-PI, Art Sync, and monthly Showcases.
• Ability to adapt to diverse groups and organizational contexts.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using facilitation and project management tools like Miro and Jira.
• Agile certifications in SAFe, KMM, CSM, CSP, PSM, PPO, or PMI-ACP are a plus.
