Job Summary

Oceans Code Experts is looking for a AX-15 Mid Product Success Partner with expertise in proficiency in English and Spanish, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and 1–2 years of experience in enablement, change, operations, or related roles. This role involves supporting product enablement, training, or communications in a professional services or enterprise environment, collaborating with Product, Operations, Marketing, or Change teams, and exposure to product adoption metrics.

Job Responsibilities

• Support product enablement, training, or communications activities.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, or Change teams.
• Collect user feedback and track success metrics.
• Assist in product adoption strategies.
• Contribute to the development of enablement materials.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in enablement, change, operations, or related roles.
• Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in supporting product enablement, training, or communications.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with Git for version control.
• Ability to integrate APIs where necessary.

Nice to Have

• Experience with product adoption metrics.
• Previous exposure to success tracking methodologies.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

• Full-time consulting position.
