Ax-07 ADO Quality & Governance Analyst – Senior Associate

Job Summary

Oceans Code Experts is looking for a Senior Associate to fill the position of Ax-07 ADO Quality & Governance Analyst. This role involves supporting technology delivery, PMO operations, ALM platforms, and quality management activities using Azure DevOps.

Job Responsibilities

• Support delivery teams through configuration, reporting, data validation, training, and operational support.
• Administer Azure DevOps from a delivery governance perspective, including project configuration, board setup, work item management, and template maintenance.
• Ensure requirements traceability, artifact linkage management, and delivery data validation.
• Create data quality reports, dashboards, exception tracking, and operational metrics.
• Translate delivery standards into practical Azure DevOps configurations, reports, checklists, and user guidance.
• Identify data quality gaps and process inconsistencies with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly with PMO, delivery, QA, product, and release stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in technology delivery, PMO operations, ALM platforms, or quality management.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar application lifecycle management tools.
• Understanding of Agile, SDLC, release management, and hybrid delivery models.
• Experience in data quality reporting, dashboarding, and operational metrics development.
• Ability to ensure requirements traceability and data validation.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating automated reports, dashboards, or data quality checks using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Prior involvement in PMO, delivery governance, release readiness, QA, or quality management activities.
• Experience building runbooks, process documentation, training guides, or self-service support materials.
• Familiarity with quality certification, audit readiness, or structured quality review processes.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

• Full-time consulting position.
• Up to 40 hours per week with flexible core hours.
• Fully remote.
