About the job Asset Data Manager
The quality of your data can directly influence the safety of homes, the success of compliance programmes and the decisions that shape future investment. As an Asset Data Manager, you'll be trusted to ensure critical information is accurate, meaningful and drives the right actions across a diverse property portfolio.
You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining high-quality asset and compliance data, coordinating key workstreams and providing the insight that helps keep properties safe, compliant and well managed. Working with internal teams, contractors and managing agents, you'll ensure information is accurate, actions are completed and risks are identified before they become problems.

Your responsibilities as Asset Data Manager
+ Maintain the asset management database, ensuring housing asset, compliance and maintenance records remain accurate and up to date
+ Monitor compliance programmes, inspections, servicing schedules and remedial actions through to completion
+ Produce reports, dashboards and performance analysis to identify trends, risks, overdue actions and data gaps
+ Coordinate project plans, action trackers and improvement workstreams, escalating issues where required
+ Support the development of reporting tools, systems and processes to improve efficiency and consistency
+ Liaise with contractors, managing agents and internal teams to obtain information and ensure agreed actions are delivered
What we're looking for in an Asset Data Manager
+ Previous experience within property, compliance or managing agent administration
+ Strong administration, data management and project coordination capability
+ Advanced Excel, reporting and dashboard skills with the ability to analyse and present data clearly
+ Knowledge of building safety compliance, fire safety, property compliance or asset management
+ Experience maintaining accurate records, monitoring performance information and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
