Job brief

To develop, configure, implement and manage the systems that comprise the underlying cloud platform.

Responsibilities

·A Cloud Administrator is the one who plans, sets, and manages all kinds of Cloud-based workloads depending on companies. The candidate is required to design Cloud architectures, strategies and manage tasks of a Cloud architect. Sometimes the administrator needs to do coding for managing multiple cloud environments. It is essential to lead, oversee and maintain a multiuser computing environment in organizations. An administrator is a go-to person for assisting in any system problem and upgrading operating systems.

Requirements

·Familiar with Windows, Linux, and Unix computing environments

·Understanding of command-line interface tool, virtualization platforms like Hyper-V, VMware, KVM, and many more

·Strong technical knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS

·Strong technical foundation

·Practical experience in operating and managing a Cloud platform

·Sufficient knowledge of programming languages such as Perl, Python, and Ruby along with application-level security methods.

·Experience with Avamar, Dell EqualLogic, Veeam and VMAX
