Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled at identifying, attracting, and placing high-quality virtual assistants who align with our clients needs. This role will involve managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing placements. Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various virtual assistant roles.
Conduct initial assessments of applicants, focusing on skills, background, and fit for the role.
Manage and coordinate the recruitment process from initial application through offer acceptance.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience and build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ensure all hiring compliance measures are met.
Maintain detailed records of recruitment metrics and report on recruitment activity regularly.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in virtual or remote staffing.
Strong understanding of applicant screening processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering a great candidate experience.
Experience in the virtual assistant or staffing industry is a plus.
