About the role, Keynotes:

What you will do:
- Provide outstanding phone, email, and chat-based technical support to our customers.
- Assist customers with common billing, invoice, and account issues.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a High school diploma.
- Must be willing to participate in a background screening.
- Fluent in English
- Great communication skills, written and orally.
- Demonstrate strong abilities to work independently and as a remote team player.
- Must be adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to follow processes.
