About the role, Keynotes:

What you will do:

• Provide outstanding phone, email, and chat-based technical support to our customers.

• Assist customers with common billing, invoice, and account issues.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a High school diploma.
• Must be willing to participate in a background screening.
• Fluent in English
• Great communication skills, written and orally.
• Demonstrate strong abilities to work independently and as a remote team player.
• Must be adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to follow processes.
• Computer and High speed Internet

• $4.00 - $5.00 US Dollar per hour
• $85.00 - $90.00 MXN per hour
• 16,200 - 20,000 COP per  hour
• 35.00 -45.00 SVC per hour
