Ocean Talent has had a big 6 months as a start up specialist staffing business across the Mining & Metals, Infrastructure, Construction & Engineering markets in Australia.

To continue the objective to deliver excellence in scare skill recruitment services and driven by client demand and requests, we are looking for a number 1 to lead the expansion of our Healthcare Recruitment Service Offering as a Director. 

The role will cover all of Australia and potentially New Zealand and will suit either a Senior Recruitment Specialist who has the desire to run their own business or a Seasoned Healthcare professional passionate about resources delivery to improve patient outcomes.

Working directly with the CEO who is passionate about finding great people for great work, this role involves spearheading business development and growth strategies into the healthcare recruitment market by leveraging existing client and candidate networks.
