PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
- Work closely with the BAs and POs to understand and develop a new custom application that integrates ServiceNow Catalog with Google Cloud (GCP);
- Provide expertise on all technical initiatives related to the development of REST/SOAP interfaces between ServiceNow and other external integrations;
- Understand the large-scale thinking and approach needed for the success of the project, including Provisioning Systems, Authentications, APIs, Sync/Async, MasterData, etc.
- Provide expertise on risks and constraints related to Snow Upgrades;
- Provide expertise on integration with 3rd party enterprise software;
- Develop custom software solutions through scripting and software development;
- Deploy, test and document digital solutions;
- Deliver consulting services to install, configure, and integrate software products from ServiceNow;
- Participate in focus groups to analyse root cause and identify potential solutions for major incidents;
- Participate in code review sessions with other team members to identify potential issues or gaps for improvements;
- Advocate Snow Best Practice within the new development features and ongoing deployments;
- Create awareness about project sensitive technical constraints and share potential risk/quick-wins with project team;
- Share knowledge (technical and operational) to improve functional and technical usage of existing instances;
- Be a core member for instance upgrade and migrations;
- Modules of concern: ITSM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, Discovery, SO, Notifications, 3rd Party Integration, App Engine;
Technical skills
- Clear understanding the development of Agile software as well as its advantages and disadvantages, to ensure its optimal implementation, plus has experience with tools to support Agile development;
- Knowledge of: Postman (API testing), ApiGee (API publishing and consumption), Jira and Confluence tools;
- Automatic and manual functional testing skills;
- Global vision and intuition to predict the impact of changes on the environment and to propose in advance the optimal solutions for correction and redevelopment if necessary;
- Clear understanding of modern software development process;

- Relevant experience interacting directly with project stakeholders and end users;
- A team player with a proven track record in supporting software change;
- Able to multi-task, working on several in-flight projects at any one time;
- Self-motivated, conscientious and focused on detail, with an ambition to deliver quality software solutions;
