General Activities

• Lead and manage the delivery of large-scale SAP implementation projects and ensure it's aligned with best practice solutions;
• Hands-on for maintaining and implementing SAP implementations;
• Practices of the solutions, including best practice in the implementation;
• Work and coordinate across all workstreams to ensure there are no blockers or obstacles to the delivery;
• Support the delivery team to maintain their delivery pace. Provide guidances to improve the delivery processes if needed;
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in design and delivery;
• Practices of the solutions, including best practice in the implementation;
• Provides leadership in the adoption of Agile practices, culture and values by teams across a portfolio of projects;
• Understands and practices Agility;
• Secures and promotes the Scrum framework, or other agile framework tools and practices;
• Facilitates Scrum events as requested or needed;
• Enable the team to improve efficiency and quality of deliverables by following Agile best practices;
• Motivates the team and embodies positive and constructive mindset on top of Agile values and culture;
• Facilitates project level obstacle removal and team consensus on solutions
• Coaches the Team in self-organization and cross-functionality;
• Protects the Team from external interruptions and removing obstacles;
• Helps the Team to create high-value products;
• Helps to understand the need for clear and concise User Stories;
• Builds Agile dashboards and coordinates Agile delivery, including technology and business value deliverables;
• Communicates on implementation progress;
• Installs a culture of continuous improvement during implementation;
• Coaches the implementation Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood;

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, implementation projects;
• Experience in delivering complex technical projects in in ERP (SAP/4HANA);
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to execute with limited information and ambiguity;
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
• Self-knowledge, self-control, social consciousness and master in managing relationships;
• Open to feedback and continuous learning;
• Inclined towards transparency;
• Mentoring and coaching skills;
• Able to act as a guide and support the team;
• Previous experience as a team lead is a plus;
• Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus;
• Coaching skills regarding Agile aspects;
• Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques;
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
• Proven success working in a rapidly changing, collaborative environment;
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence it's a plus.

Profile

• Experience of at least 5 years of managing SAP Projects. Experience of leading a team and managing an Agile project with high stakes;
• Strong presentation and analytical skills;
• Fluent in english language skills;
• Availability to travel for business purposes.
