A sophisticated and rapidly growing Connecticut litigation boutique is seeking an attorney with at least three years of civil litigation experience to join its expanding defense litigation practice.

The Role

Attorneys in this practice play an active role in all phases of litigation, including:

  • Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation filings
  • Managing discovery and developing case strategy
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Attending court appearances, hearings, and mediations
  • Assisting with trial preparation and trials
  • Working directly with clients, partners, and expert witnesses
  • Managing matters from inception through resolution
