Transactional Partner - Remote Opportunity

 Job Description:

We are working with a small Southeast based law firm with a strong, transactional practice seeking Transactional Partners  on the East Coast or Southeastern US with portable business ($450K minimum) to join their expanding firm. 

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of transactional experience, in any of the following areas: corporate, M&A, employment law counseling, health care, commercial real estate, land use, trusts & estates, cannabis, and/or energy and has an interest in joining a growing firm. Longevity in work history is preferred. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is starting to grow their business but may not meet the requirements for partnership at their current firm, those who are not able to retain or attract clients due to restrictive rates, or those currently practicing as solo practitioners and would like the administrative support offered by a larger firm. Candidates must be admitted in the state where they work.
