Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney (Hybrid)

 Job Description:

We are working with a highly-regarded Am Law ranked firm seeking an associate with at least two years of trademark and copyright litigation experience to join their Hartford, CT office.

The ideal candidate with have experience with all aspects of intellectual property and complex commercial litigation matters, including matters involving claims under the Lanham Act and the Copyright Act, and claims for common law trademark infringement, breach of contract, and breach of licensing agreement.

Candidates should possess significant discovery experience (written discovery, document production, and depositions), research and writing experience (pleadings and motions), and experience with pre-litigation brand protection and enforcement strategy (i.e., cease and desist letters). Experience with trademark disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), and online trademark and copyright enforcement, including preparing takedown notices and UDRP complaints, is a plus. CT Bar admission is required. Graduation from law school and practice experience is required.
