Litigation Associate
Job Description:
We are working with an Am Law 200 firm, seeking Litigation Associates to join their Insurance & Reinsurance Practice Group in their Hartford, Boston, Providence or New York City offices.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years of complex litigation experience. Candidates will assume substantial responsibility for all aspects of insurance case management, including drafting briefs on critical motions, managing discovery through the use of AI-powered tools, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and assisting in conducting arbitrations and trials. One role seeks experience litigating financial lines matters, and insurance coverage experience, including policy analysis and litigating coverage disputes. For the other position, insurance coverage experience is helpful but not essential. Attorneys must be admitted in their state of practice. Graduation from law school and practice experience required.

New York Applicants: The target base salary range for this position is $190,000 to $202,500, commensurate with experience.
