We are working with an established, mid-size law firm seeking experienced laterals (7+ years of experience) to join their growing firm in Connecticut in an Of Counsel or Partner position. Portal business ($250K+) appreciated, but not required.

Ideal candidates have at least seven years of experience, in any of the following areas: bankruptcy/insolvency, commercial real estate, corporate, M&A, health care, labor & employment, trusts & estates, ERISA/Employee Benefits, and/or litigation (business or commercial litigation). This is a great opportunity for attorneys are starting to grow their business but may not meet the requirements for partnership at their current firm, those who are not able to retain or attract clients due to restrictive rates or limited platforms, or those currently practicing as solo practitioners and would like the administrative support offered by a larger firm. There is also an opportunity for candidates who have the experience to work on deals of all sizes independently but prefer to stay at a service partner level. Candidates must be admitted in CT or can waive in upon hire.
