MARKETING & PROMOTIONS OFFICER (FOOD & BEVERAGE)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The SALES & PROMOTIONS OFFICER (FOOD & BEVERAGE) is responsible for boosting the sales of the companys food & beverage outlets. He or she shall oversee the sales aspect of the outlets from promotions to making analytics on the sales & marketing performance to increasing of sales growth.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conceptualize marketing promotions & campaigns
• Study market trend and market competition to come up with promotions and campaign to help boost sales.
• Source for prospective customers and ensure that sales targets are achieved.
• Communicating with clients to determine their needs.
• Developing and implementing sales marketing plan that aligns with the customers preferences, including identifying target audiences and creating promotional materials such as brochures or flyers
• Make analytics and metrics on sales & marketing performance.
• Monitor sales growth and determine areas of improvement.
• Secure the necessary permits and/or licenses for promotions, if needed
• Other tasks which may be assigned from time to time
