EVENTS COORDINATOR

The EVENTS COORDINATOR is responsible for every part of the event preparations, arranging events services and monitoring client approval.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for processing events request and scheduling.
  • Demonstrated positive work attitude and leadership skills
  • Process and respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Answered phones and resolved customer service issues.
  • Assist special events as needed
  • Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the clients standards.
  • Organize and prepare contracts needed for the event.
  • Consistently adhere to all company policies and procedures in a professional and respectful manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant event sales experience
  • Guest and service-oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have advanced working knowledge on MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to create and present comprehensive reports to management
  • Able to work independently and well in a fast-paced environment
