A well established company that offers professional steel fabrication processing services is currently recruiting for a General Nightshift Supervisor In the Germiston area

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experience production supervisor to oversee the laser and bending machines on nightshift

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Supervisor in a steel service center environment
• Needs to have worked with laser and bending machines
• Needs to have knowledge in expediting
• Able to read assembly drawings
• Health and Safety experience will be beneficial
• Must be able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Must be able to work accurately under pressure
• Must be able to work extended hours on occasions when required. Must be able to attend meetings when required
• Must have own reliable transport

Key Responsibilities:

• To ensure that the laser and bending department effectively carry out tasks
• Perform additional related duties as requested and required
• Perform per work instruction
• Work closely with factory staff and management
• Contribute to team effort
