HR / Payroll Administrator

 Job Description:

A well established engineering company is currently recruiting for a dynamic, resourceful and solution orientated Junior HR / Payroll Administrator to join their team in Kempton Park

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources
  • Minimum 5 years experience within a reputable Engineering Company
  • Must have experience with Employee Onboarding, Payroll Administration, Performance Management, Discipline & Employee Relations, Employment Equity & BBBEE
  • Very good computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Browser. VIP Payroll, Finlock and Jarrison time
