Office Administrator & Showroom Assistant

 Job Description:

A well established Interior Design company is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator & Showroom Assistant in Accra, Ghana

Minimum Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and strong organisational skills
  • Computer Literate (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Canva)
  • Ability to think on your feet and suggest ideas / solutions
  • Great understanding and keen interest in luxury interiors
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Can work with limited supervision but know when to request for help
  • Be confident and are willing to roll up your sleeves

Responsibilities:

  • As a integral part of our team, you will assist with managing the showroom and studio inventory, pantry organisation services, handling administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist Head of Design with interior admin eg design fee proposals, updating project timeline schedules, organising and liaising with contractors to be on site
  • Liaising with Accountant
  • visiting various suppliers
  • Bookkeeping
