Admin Assistant

 Job Description:

A well established company is currently recruiting for a Administrative Assistant in Mozambique

Minimum Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Heavy Earthmoving Equipment.
  • Experience working in a cross-border or international environment
  • Fluency in Portuguese (non-negotiable).
  • Proven experience in administrative roles.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including cross-border coordination.
  • Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Handle communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Support the team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
