Admin Assistant
Job Description:
A well established company is currently recruiting for a Administrative Assistant in Mozambique
Minimum Requirements:
- Knowledge of Heavy Earthmoving Equipment.
- Experience working in a cross-border or international environment
- Fluency in Portuguese (non-negotiable).
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including cross-border coordination.
- Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
- Handle communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Support the team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
