What You'll Do :

• Engage customers and confidently demonstrate our hair tools, extensions, and products
• Give personalised recommendations based on hair type and trends
• Drive sales and hit targets (with uncapped commission %)
• Create a premium in-store experience
• Keep displays clean, organised, and visually appealing

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, promotions, etc.)
• Confident, outgoing personality - you enjoy talking to people
• Target-driven mindset (you like earning more when you perform well)
• Passion for beauty, hair, or luxury products
• Availability for weekends and busy shopping periods
