Our client is looking for a dynamic Business Development professional who can drive growth, win new business, and build lasting relationships across the full spectrum of the supply chain recruitment industry.
- Client Acquisition & Growth Proactively identify and engage new clients across diverse supply chain sectors.
- Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term partnerships with clients across the UK.
- Strategic Sales Development Create and execute growth strategies that deliver consistent revenue.

This role involves developing business across all areas of Supply Chain Recruitment, including: Logistics & Distribution, Freight Forwarding & Transport, Warehousing & Fulfilment, Manufacturing & Production
The successful Business Development Manager will have:
- Proven experience in recruitment agency business development, ideally within supply chain or industrial sectors.
- Deep understanding or strong interest in supply chain recruitment markets.
- Excellent communicator with persuasive negotiation and influencing skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and commercially minded.
