We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

Responsibilities:

  • Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Provide counsel and educate patients on the proper use and potential side effects of medications.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and ensure appropriate medication therapy.
  • Review and interpret prescriptions, verifying their accuracy and appropriateness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication histories, allergies, and any drug interactions.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storing medications.
  • Monitor and manage medication storage conditions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Offer guidance and support to pharmacy technicians and other staff members.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in pharmaceutical sciences and emerging therapies.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions from patients and healthcare providers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy program.
  • Valid Pharmacist license and registration within state of practice.
  • Proven experience working in a retail pharmacy setting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs, their uses, and potential side effects.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.
