  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring engaging and relevant content aligns with Numata's brand and messaging.
  • SEO and SEM: Drive organic growth and paid visibility by managing SEO strategies and PPC campaigns.
  • Analytics Mastery: Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Social Media Expertise: Manage Numatas social media platforms, crafting posts, stories, and campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Email Marketing: Create and execute email campaigns, from design to analytics, to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Website Management: Oversee updates and optimisations of the company website using CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a digital ambassador for Numata, ensuring all digital touchpoints reflect our brand values and vision.

What You Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record of at least 3 years in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • SEO/SEM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and paid advertising strategies.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and refine campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Content Creation: Creative mindset with the ability to design visually appealing and engaging content.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Innovative thinking with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
