About the job Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

· Provide project leadership and consultative services utilizing the principles of requirements gathering, waste elimination, process improvement and process transformation

· Provide as-needed services to the client in the areas of process data collection and data analysis with goal of continuous quality improvement

· Coach team members and clients in best practice principles with the goal of promoting an environment of continuous quality improvement

· Utilize Lean and/or Lean Six Sigma methodology to engage clients in defining organizational value

· Support the analysis, planning, design, implementation and evaluation of projects

· Conduct data collection and analysis with the goal of facilitating process improvement

Desired Skills:

· Track record of delivering business improvement projects at a Green Belt level

· Experience of working with and influencing stakeholders at a senior manager level

· Ability to lead Kaizen Improvement team/event

· Ability to develop and promote data-driven solution(s) from Minitab analysis

· Experience in Public Sector Human Services

Experience:

· Experience conducting data collection and data analysis with the goal of facilitating process improvement

· Experience instructing and supporting cross-functional teams in adapting to and understanding process improvement

· Minimum 3 years experience in evaluating and analyzing processes, data analytics or process improvement



Education and Certifications:

· Bachelor's degree

· Certified Six Sigma Green Belt is desirable
