LIFTING/CRANE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Certification in Lifting Operations/relevant certificate
• Strong understanding of different types of cranes, rigging techniques, and load calculations.
• Safety Compliance - Proficient in international lifting standards (BS 7121, OSHA, or equivalent) and risk assessments.
• Ability to create and execute detailed lifting plans.
• Skilled in inspecting lifting equipment, slings, and accessories to ensure safety and compliance.
• Hands-on experience in supervising heavy lifting operations in construction, oil & gas, or industrial environments.
• Understanding of work permits and safety documentation.
• Strong leadership in coordinating riggers, operators, and safety personnel.
• Ability to interpret and apply load charts for safe lifting.
