Workshop Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• 5years experience in managing workshops/garages.
• Knowledge of inspection devices and computer use.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair procedures (engine, suspension, electrical, brakes, etc.).
• Ability to schedule, assign, and supervise technicians for routine and emergency maintenance.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals, service bulletins, and workshop tools.
• Familiarity with fleet management systems, job cards, work orders, and stock control systems.
• Skilled in handling garage tools, diagnostic equipment, and ensuring their maintenance and calibration.
