Duties and Responsibilities of a Housekeeper

• Maintaining cleanliness in rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Washing, ironing, and changing bed linens and towels.
• Keeping furniture, floors, and surfaces dust-free.
• Ensuring toiletries, cleaning products, and essentials are available.
• Properly handling and disposing of trash.
• Arranging rooms neatly and decluttering spaces.
• Adhering to cleaning protocols and safety measures.
• Notifying management of any damages or needed repairs.

Qualifications of a Housekeeper

• Training certificate in Housekeeping/related course.
• Experience in Housekeeping or Cleaning Services
  
• Knowledge of Cleaning Chemicals & Equipment
• Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills
• Physical Stamina & Strength
• Time Management & Efficiency
• Ability to Work Independently & in a Team
• Good Communication & Customer Service Skills
