- Diploma or Certificate in Food and Beverage/hospitality
- Ability to interact with customers in a friendly, polite, and professional manner.
- Clear communication to take orders, explain the menu, and address customer needs.
- Experience with the POS system.
- Ability to work well with other staff members.
- Being able to stand for long periods, carry heavy trays, and move quickly.
- Ensuring orders are taken and delivered accurately.
- Handling multiple tasks i.e taking orders, serving food, cleaning at once.
- A cheerful and approachable demeanor to create a positive dining experience.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards may be required.
