  • Diploma or Certificate in Food and Beverage/hospitality
  • Ability to interact with customers in a friendly, polite, and professional manner.
  • Clear communication to take orders, explain the menu, and address customer needs.
  • Experience with the POS system.
  • Ability to work well with other staff members.
  • Being able to stand for long periods, carry heavy trays, and move quickly.
  • Ensuring orders are taken and delivered accurately.
  • Handling multiple tasks i.e taking orders, serving food, cleaning at once.
  • A cheerful and approachable demeanor to create a positive dining experience.
  • Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards may be required.
