Trucks Repair Workshop Supervisor (In-charge)

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 yrs of experience in a heavy-duty truck repair environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role (preferred related to MB-trucks or CAT).
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, and vehicle diagnostics.
• Proficiency in workshop management software and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• English proficiency (Arabic and Urdu if possible).
