We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating digital forms, defining workflows, and working with asset management modules. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and configure applications on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Create and manage digital forms to streamline business processes.
  • Implement and maintain Asset Management modules (ServiceNow preferred, but experience in similar tools acceptable).
  • Define, design, and implement workflows to automate processes (ServiceNow preferred, but experience in other workflow tools acceptable).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards within ServiceNow development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with ServiceNow development (including scripting, UI policies, business rules, and integrations).
  • Strong knowledge of digital form creation and customization.
  • Experience with Asset Management modules (ServiceNow or similar platforms).
  • Hands-on experience in workflow definition and creation (ServiceNow or other workflow automation tools).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, and CMDB is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
