We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating digital forms, defining workflows, and working with asset management modules. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Create and manage digital forms to streamline business processes.
- Implement and maintain Asset Management modules (ServiceNow preferred, but experience in similar tools acceptable).
- Define, design, and implement workflows to automate processes (ServiceNow preferred, but experience in other workflow tools acceptable).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards within ServiceNow development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with ServiceNow development (including scripting, UI policies, business rules, and integrations).
- Strong knowledge of digital form creation and customization.
- Experience with Asset Management modules (ServiceNow or similar platforms).
- Hands-on experience in workflow definition and creation (ServiceNow or other workflow automation tools).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, and CMDB is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
