About the job Business Analyst (IDM)

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse, develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain, test applications
  • The primary work comprises of requirement analysis, mapping design, technical specification, programming, code review, job scheduling, perform unit test and SIT, support UAT, deploy to production, post implementation support, and technical documentation.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 6 years relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

Essential:

Understand each UOB business unit's Role & Access provisioning processes

As a role maker Review and Create Business Policies and Roles in identity Management System

Understand and Validate the Application or Department level Role Matrix.

Follow-up on Consolidated Access certification feedbacks/queries

Perform target account reconciliation against the Identity Management system,

Help the IDM team by completing the daily tasks assigned

Provide administrative support to IDM team

Maintains a High level of quality and productivity per UOB standards

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Strong verbal and written skills

Excellent computational ability

Effective communication skills

Ability to multitask effectively

Key Domain/ Technical Skills:

(Indicate up to 3 areas)

  • Knowledge on access control, preferably RBAC (Role Based Access Control)
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and proficient in writing complex SQL queries
  • Practical knowledge of scripting languages, preferably Python / Java
  • Hands on experience with Reporting tools
  • Comprehensive knowledge in User Access Management and Application Access Matrix
  • Comprehensive knowledge in Identity Management implementations
