JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provide SAP functional core expertise in HR module for local and regional operations. SAP SuccessFactors knowledge & exposure is advantage.
  2. Responsible to deliver any SAP project / enhancement on time
  3. Responsible for System & Process governance include Validates as-is VS to-be process flows and system integration from users perspective, identifies potential work-around to system changes or limitations, identifies level of effort required to successfully implement changes to business processes and user activities.
  4. Responsible for business requirement gathering, system design and providing solution to fulfil business requirement, and ensuring integration with other applications.
  5. Manage Deliverable documents (business blueprint, business flow diagram, functional specification, configuration, business process procedure and training documents to detailed the business requirements)
  6. Responsible in validating test script and user coordination
  7. Manage SAP Support ticket and ensure ticket closure & deliverable within agreed SLA
  8. Lead, facilitate or support system upgrading projects or new projects that introduce to regional subsidiaries
  9. Proactively propose system & process improvement

AUTHORITY

  • SAP ECC 6 platform

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
  2. Minimum 3 years of relevant of SAP consulting or manufacturing industry experience
  3. At least 2 years hands-on functional experience in configuration, implementation and support of SAP HR modules, preferably in Manufacturing environment
  4. Sound knowledge of SAP HR (Personnel Management, Time and Payroll). Good understanding in Singapore and/or Malaysia Payroll is preferred
  5. Experience in project management
  6. Basic understanding of SAP ABAP programming will be advantageous
