SAP System Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

To provide IT professional service to Venture group companies and Support day-to-day system operations. Responsible for system governance, getting users requirement, system/design improvement, system development, and audit compliance.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide SAP functional core expertise in MM and PP module. EWM (S4Hana) knowledge is an ad-vantage.

2. Well Versed with MM / WM module Masters, Tables, Configuration, User Exits & BAPI.

3. Good Knowledge in Purchasing, Inventory Management, Picking, Put away, Storage Unit Manage-ment.

4. Good Knowledge in the interfaces with external systems using IDOC, XML and Flat File.

5. Responsible to deliver any SAP project/enhancement on time

6. Manage SAP Support ticket and ensure ticket closure & deliverable within agreed SLA

7. Responsible for business requirement gathering, system design and providing solution to fulfil busi-ness requirement, and ensuring integration with other applications. 

8. Manage Deliverable documents (business blueprint, business flow diagram, functional specification, configuration, business process procedure and training documents to detailed the business require-ments)

9. Responsible in validating test script and user coordination

10. Lead, facilitate or support system upgrading projects or new projects that introduce to regional subsid-iaries

11. Proactively propose system & process improvement AUTHORITY SAP ECC 6 platform

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

1. Degree in Computer Science , Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent

2. Minimum 3 years of relevant of SAP consulting or manufacturing industry experience.

3. Prior experience in SAP MM / WM support is mandatory. 

4. Good understanding of SCM Business processes is a must.

5. Prior experience in S4/Hana would be an advantage

6. Analytical, meticulous and have good sense in business process & troubleshooting

7. Ability to articulate and communicate with people of all levels in the organization

8. Able to work independently and lead in projects

9. Willing to travel to support subsidiaries in regional countries if required

JOB-RELATED SKILLS & PRE-REQUISITES SAP MM/WM experienced & manufacturing SCM exposure is a must. S4Hana project experience is an advantage
