IT Asset Management Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Managing the lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement to disposal.
• Conducting inventory audits and maintaining accurate records of hardware and software assets.
• Overall, the role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, knowledge of IT infrastructure and software licensing, Contract management and effective communication abilities
• Analysing data to identify opportunities for cost savings, optimization, and risk reduction.
• Developing and implementing asset management policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborating with procurement teams to negotiate contracts and licensing agreements.
• Ensuring compliance with software licensing agreements and regulatory requirements.
• Providing support during software audits and vendor assessments.
• Recommending and implementing tools and technologies to streamline asset management processes.
• Communicating with stakeholders to address their IT asset needs and concerns.
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in IT asset management
