Job Summary
The Analyst, Continual Improvement Management (CIM) performs on a team as a key coordination point for the management & oversight of JCI Technology improvement opportunities. The purpose of this position is to support service, process, and functional improvement opportunities in collaboration with Service and Process Owners. In addition, to provide the management of improvement initiatives comprised of goals to measure success, and phases that contain tasks with specific actions to complete improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the implementation, and operation of CIM Processes & Policies as determined by the overall ITSM Roadmap.
- Works with Key technology stakeholders and Service/Process Owners to ensure the completion of improvement opportunities are tracked, reported on, and managed to closure.
- Manage and work with the Governance, Risk & Compliance department on the development and operationalization of Associated SPM Policies and Controls.
- Develop standard and regular CIM Reporting of Improvement Opportunities to Process/Service Owners and Leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or related work experience.
- 1 to 4 Years of Experience .
- Experience in data analysis and identification of improvement opportunities.
- Experience in collaborating across IT Functional teams.
- Demonstrated skills equivalent to that of Project or Program Manager.
- ITIL Foundation (V3 / 4) certification.
- Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority.
- Ability to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork.
