2 - By submitting an application for a position with, or advertised by NPA Recruit LTD, you are consenting to the review, secure storage, and transmission of your personal data to our clients or other third parties as we see fit. You have the right to request that we cease these activities at any time by sending a formal request to hello@nparecruit.co.uk. Your data will be handled in a professional and confidential manner in accordance with all applicable data protection laws.
3 - NPA Recruit LTD, along with any other company within its group or associated companies, does not typically request payment of any kind from job applicants. The only exception to this policy is in the case of a owed refund based on the Candidate Rebate £1000 Payment Initiative. Confirmation of refund details can be obtained by contacting our office directly. We remain committed to transparency and integrity in all of our business transactions.
4 - NPA Recruit LTD takes the security of all data, applications, and other stored details very seriously. While robust protocols are in place to safeguard your information, we cannot guarantee complete immunity from security breaches. In the unfortunate event of a breach resulting in any consequential losses, NPA Recruit LTD cannot be held liable, even in cases of negligence or error.
