Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with commercial property sales, purchases, leases, and developments.
  2. Conduct due diligence, including title checks, planning permissions, and environmental reviews.
  3. Draft and negotiate legal documents like contracts and leases.
  4. Provide guidance on landlord-tenant issues, including lease renewals and rent adjustments.
  5. Resolve disputes such as boundary issues, contract breaches, and lease disagreements.
  6. Collaborate with clients, solicitors, government bodies, and other professionals.
  7. Stay updated on property law and regulatory changes.
  8. Manage commercial property cases with accuracy and efficiency.
  9. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
  10. Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and legal regulations.

About You

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
  • A Minimum 1 Year PQE within Commercial Property
