Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with commercial property sales, purchases, leases, and developments.
- Conduct due diligence, including title checks, planning permissions, and environmental reviews.
- Draft and negotiate legal documents like contracts and leases.
- Provide guidance on landlord-tenant issues, including lease renewals and rent adjustments.
- Resolve disputes such as boundary issues, contract breaches, and lease disagreements.
- Collaborate with clients, solicitors, government bodies, and other professionals.
- Stay updated on property law and regulatory changes.
- Manage commercial property cases with accuracy and efficiency.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and legal regulations.
About You
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
- A Minimum 1 Year PQE within Commercial Property
