Role - Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Financials - £45K to £65K Base DOE

Experience.
The client will consider applications from qualified solicitors with a minimum of 4 years demonstrable PQE.

Responsibilities.
1. Investigating and evaluating potential claims of medical negligence.
2. Reviewing medical records and evidence to assess the strength of a case.
3. Collaborating with medical experts to assess the quality of care provided.
4. Providing clients with legal advice on their case and their legal rights.
5. Drafting legal documentation, such as letters of claim, pleadings, and witness statements.
6. Negotiating settlements with insurance companies or defendants on behalf of clients.
7. Representing clients in court proceedings in the event of a trial.
8. Keeping clients informed about the progress of their case and managing their expectations.
9. Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards when handling cases.
10. Engaging in continuous professional development to keep up-to-date with changes in medical negligence law and practice.
