Key Responsibilities:
- Providing legal counsel and guidance to clients embroiled in legal disputes
- Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis to evaluate the legal merits of each case
- Formulating effective legal strategies for dispute resolution, encompassing negotiation, mediation, and litigation
- Drafting a variety of legal documents, including settlement agreements, pleadings, and briefs
- Advocating for clients in court proceedings, arbitration hearings, and other dispute resolution contexts
- Engaging in negotiations with opposing parties or their legal representatives to reach settlements
- Maintaining regular communication with clients to update them on case progress and developments
- Efficiently managing a caseload containing multiple disputes concurrently
- Staying abreast of legislative changes and legal precedents relevant to dispute resolution
- Adhering to high ethical standards and safeguarding client confidentiality at all times.
About You
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
- A Minimum 3 Year PQE within Dispute Resolution
