Financials - £40K to £65K Base DOE
Location - Bristol

Our client, a well-established generalist legal firm located in Bristol, is looking for an experienced Family Solicitor to join their passionate team. The client has a solid reputation locally and is considered a leading legal firm as demonstrated by their strong reputation on relevant review sites.

Experience.

The client will consider applications from qualified solicitors with a minimum of 2 years demonstrable PQE.

Benefits include private medical insurance, death in service benefit, the option to work from home one day per week initially, increasing to two days after 3 months.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide consultation and legal advice to clients on matters pertaining to family law with professionalism and empathy.

2. Engage in legal research and prepare relevant legal documentation in relation to family law cases.

3. Advocate on behalf of clients in court proceedings and negotiation proceedings.

4. Work cooperatively with fellow legal practitioners and support personnel for efficient case handling.

5. Stay informed on the latest developments in family law statutes and optimal methodologies.

6. Foster and sustain enduring client rapport.
