Senior Customer Service Agent

 Job Description:

This position provides customer service support and routine problem resolution via chat and mail, related to our customers' products or services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to handle multitasking of customer service, chat, email, and data entry.
  • Attend to customer needs using support tools and resources to provide an appropriate solution.
  • Maintain a basic knowledge of the customer's products and/or services.
  • Document details of customer interaction in the system.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • 2 years of proven experience as Customer Service Agent.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm and passion to provide great service for our customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • High self-motivated team player.
