We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and creative Content & Quality Specialist with strong knowledge of U.S. sports and sports betting. This role supports content creation, video quality assurance, and YouTube channel management in a fast-paced environment. If you have strong English communication skills and enjoy working with sports content, this position is for you.

What You'll Do

Content Creation & Coordination

• Coordinate show content with on-air talent.
• Prepare content documents and update betting lines for graphics.
• Write TTDs (Topics To Discuss).
• Maintain the sports calendar and sports glossary.
• Request thumbnails and visual assets.

• Review and QA text on infographics and moderate live chats.
• QA video content (shows, shorts, other media).
• Approve titles, tags, and descriptions before publishing videos.

• Apply YouTube best practices for uploads and optimization.
• Moderate and engage in live chats.
• Update playlists, highlight key content, and post updates via the Community tab.
• Create weekly livestream links for all shows.

What Were Looking For

Qualifications

• Native or near-native English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. sports and sports betting.
• Studies in Communications, Journalism, English, Social Media Management, or related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Basic familiarity with Google Drive, Monday.com, and the Microsoft Suite (a plus).
• Basic SEO knowledge (a plus).
• Casino or iGaming knowledge (a plus).
• Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools (a plus).
• Weekend availability and schedule flexibility.
