Position Summary

Novra Corp is seeking an Entry Level Event Specialist to support the preparation and execution of promotional events and community engagement activities. This position is ideal for energetic, organized individuals who enjoy working with people and want to gain hands-on event experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown
• Support event schedules and day-to-day logistics
• Welcome attendees and provide general event information
• Assist with registration and guest support
• Organize event materials, supplies, and equipment
• Distribute approved promotional materials
• Work with team members to ensure smooth event operations
• Monitor event activities and communicate updates to supervisors
• Assist with post-event organization and inventory
• Perform additional event-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
• Flexible availability for occasional evenings and weekends
• Previous event, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
