Desired Skills & Qualifications:


  • At least 5 years of experience as Warehouse Operations Manager: Must have experience managing warehouse operations, including inventory control, order processing, shipping and receiving, and managing a team.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills: Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring that deadlines are met and inventory is tracked accurately.

  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory tracking software, and Google Suite is essential. Knowledge of Ai tools is a big plus!

  • Able to quickly identify problems and come up with solutions to resolve them.

  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively, set goals, and motivate the team to achieve them.

  • Must be detail-oriented to ensure that inventory is tracked accurately and orders are processed correctly.

  • Able to communicate with the team, management, and customers effectively and harmoniously.

  • Specific certifications such as forklift certification, OSHA certification, or DOT certification, not a requirement but preferred.

  • Must have the passion to progress in his role and as a leader of the team. Find ways to level up in terms of processes and take advantage of technology.

  • Have solid experience in creating SOPs, system flows and other operational systems and able to create and implement proper training for team members.

  • Self-motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

  • Can commit up to 40 or more hours per week.


How you will create Value:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that inventory is stored, picked, packed, and shipped in an efficient and timely manner.

  • Ensure that inventory is tracked accurately and that the warehouse is stocked with the necessary supplies to meet customer demands.

  • Manage and direct the work of warehouse employees, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback and training as needed.

  • Ensure that the warehouse is a safe working environment for employees and that all safety regulations and compliance standards are met.

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Ensure that all equipment in the warehouse is maintained, serviced, and repaired as needed.

  • Manage the shipping and receiving process to ensure that products are shipped and received on time and that inventory levels are accurate.

  • Create reports on warehouse operations, such as inventory levels, shipping and receiving metrics, and employee performance.

  • Identify training needs for warehouse employees and develop training programs to improve employee performance and productivity.

  • Create SOPs for areas lacking systems and workflows and improve existing SOPs.
