About the job High Volume Recruiter
Position Summary
We are looking for high volume recruiting professionals who have been in a fast-paced environment where ramp plans or even seasonal hiring was the focus. For example, someone worked for Macy's corporate where they were part of a recruiting team that had to hire 1000 retail professionals over a 3-month time frame. Industry does not matter, focus on the high volume/ramp plan environment. **** High volume is not managing 50 roles at 1 time or making 50 calls a day, that is being busy, NOT what they are looking for. ****
Support a fast-paced, high-volume seasonal recruiting operation in a fully remote four-month W-2 contract. Manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing through first-day orientation, partner closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership, and maintain accurate recruiting metrics.
