Are you an organised, proactive professional with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? 

Were looking for a confident and capable Executive Assistant to support our clients Executive Team and ensure the smooth operation of the office and processes, based in Shireoaks. This is a temporary position from June to December 2025.

Salary & Benefits:

  • £35,000 (pro rata)
  • Pension Scheme
  • 31 Days holiday including Bank Hols
  • Hours: 10am-2pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level organisational and administrative support to the Executive Team.
  • Support the Board and Committees with agenda preparation, minute-taking, report collation, and action tracking.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of staff events.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including Health and Safety responsibilities (note: this is not a people management role).
  • Arrange training sessions and conferences for staff.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct queries appropriately.
  • Assist with diary management and scheduling.
  • Deliver general administrative support as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach
  • Proven ability to perform well in high-pressure environments, ideally with experience in a commercial setting.
  • Excellent time management with a strong ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with a flexible and positive approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, including when working remotely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
