About the job Executive Assistant
Are you an organised, proactive professional with a knack for keeping things running smoothly?
Were looking for a confident and capable Executive Assistant to support our clients Executive Team and ensure the smooth operation of the office and processes, based in Shireoaks. This is a temporary position from June to December 2025.
Salary & Benefits:
- £35,000 (pro rata)
- Pension Scheme
- 31 Days holiday including Bank Hols
- Hours: 10am-2pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level organisational and administrative support to the Executive Team.
- Support the Board and Committees with agenda preparation, minute-taking, report collation, and action tracking.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of staff events.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including Health and Safety responsibilities (note: this is not a people management role).
- Arrange training sessions and conferences for staff.
- Handle incoming calls and direct queries appropriately.
- Assist with diary management and scheduling.
- Deliver general administrative support as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach
- Proven ability to perform well in high-pressure environments, ideally with experience in a commercial setting.
- Excellent time management with a strong ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with a flexible and positive approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, including when working remotely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
